Had a perfect stay during a business trip in a clean hotel with great facilities and very friendly staff, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Helpful and extremely patient staff and the place was clean. The rooms were airy and fantastic with a balcony overlooking bushland opposite. The daily service was good.

tranquility, despite the fact that there was a wedding and communions on Saturday afternoon, Champions Final. friendliness of the people at the reception. Being able to park for free,...
That in a 4-star hotel, the gym,...... you have to pay 5 euros in addition to the price of the room, that they raise 5 euros the price of the room and that's it. That it is a "somewhat old" hotel that needs some modernization (a slightly rancid 4 star hotel that needs a facelift in some aspects and services. Little diversity of fruits at breakfast or that there was sliced and not wholemeal bread. They are all small details of old hotels to be improved or updated, from my point of view, like the TV, that do not replace a bar of soap from one day to the next,... What really displeased me was that the shower towel was dirty and full of lint, as if I had been given a room that had not been used for a long time and had been checked. I repeat, it all boils down to large premises that continue to live off some of the glories of the past without updating and recycling.

Pro: The hotel had a luxurious feel with its polished marble tiling in the reception area and stairways. It was perfect for our overnight stopover, and we plan to stay here again. The hotel's location was ideal for our North/South drive, and the leisure facilities were amazing, although we didn't have enough time to use them. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. we had a great experience and will definitely be returning for a longer stay.
Pro: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, although the road noise from the skylight was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast very expensive! 9,50€/Pp even for children

It was adequate for one night's stay, but not for a vacation.
City location did not have much to offer and the 'sport' facilities cost extra. Food was okay, but a bit expensive for what you got.

We booked because we had a morning flight from Vallodalid airport the following day and it was less than 20 minutes away. We dined in the hotel restaurant which we found excellent. The Menu del dia was 18 euros. Also the breakfast buffet at 9.5 euros was good. Did not try any of the sports available. Room on 2nd floor was excellent with plenty of space and good facilities. Very quiet.
It is situated a little way out of Valladolid and there did not appear to be any other restaurants in the area. However the hotel had a good restaurant and cafeteria.

The buffet breakfast was only so so, but then it was cheap too

location to motorway was brill . Staff spoke good English . As a pet friendly hotel , it was good . Very peaceful considering the position & close to a petrol station too ..
Had to stay in top floor room as had a small dog & these rooms have only a sky light window !! Take a telescope for star gazing . Service was also very slow at dinner & breakfast .

We were travelling with our dog from Bilbao (Port) down to Portugal and needed a stopover on the way. We arrived late and were very tired but we were made extremely welcome, room service and food were excellent as was breakfast. Our visit was very brief but we would certainly stay there again.

Booked this hotel as had used before and is dog friendly charging euros 15 per night per animal. The charge has now been increased to euros 50 per night per animal so is obviously no longer dog friendly. Therefore will never stay at this hotel again. Great shame as the position is excellent and rooms spacious with nice terraces.
